started when it’s founder and main shareholder
Mr. Mohamed AlMsihrafy started his passion in the
field of contracting back in the 1412 AH – 1991.
11 years later as the Saudi government started
encouraging individuals to register & authorize
their work, it was registered under CR# 1010177101.
In 1423 AH – 2002 it was declared as LLC with
partners willing to share our success story.
Through the years we had one slogan that never
changed and never will which is:

Our long experience gave us the chance to execute
a vast amount of project ranging from renovation to
design and construction projects in every aspect of
the construction work either residential, commercial,
administration , health sector, or industrial.
We value ourselves for holding a strict QC team and
high safety records. Going along with a PMO and
specialized technical team to support the projects.
The company hold an aggregated engineering
experience of 236 years and technical experience of
